Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order BEFORE it is shipped out. All orders are mailed either Standard First Class, Priority or Overnight. When you are ready to check out, you will be prompted to select your preferred method of shipping.
We are not responsible for postal delays once we have shipped your order.
If you select Priority Shipping, once your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number in which you can track your package via the USPS website. Please make sure your address and email address are correct and verified if checking out via pay-pal.
Yes, local pickup is available however, all customers will have to sign a release indicating the order was picked up at the store. RETURN policy is the SAME for in store purchases as well.

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 5-10 business days after your payment is authorized and verified; this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped fedex or usps, with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments.
